Finn Church Aid South Sudan (FCA) is launching a TOR and requesting for proposals from interested candidates/firms for provision of consultancy services for Mid Term Evaluation as per the Terms of Reference (TOR).

Interested consultants and consultancy firms are required to present technical and financial proposals as per the TOR requirements and send via email to procurement.ssuco@kua.fi by Monday, 22nd September 2025 by latest 5:00 PM clearly marked ““MID - TERM EVALUATION of projects “Advocating for, Promoting Peace and Reconciliation through Civil Society, Women and Youth of Faith APPEAR II” and “Enhancing Sustainable Peace and Intercommunal Reconciliation in Boma and Jonglei”.
