Health Link South Sudan (HLSS) seeks to secure competitive bids for selecting Internet Service Providers. Eligible and technically qualified ISPs Competent to provide Internet Services to HLSS for an initial period of One (1) year – 2023 – 2024. ISPs with the possibility of extension for one (1) or two (2) years subject to satisfactory performance.
