1. Consultancy: Community Engagement via PSA Drama Skits
Concern Worldwide is seeking qualified individual consultants or firms to design and produce engaging Public Service Announcement (PSA) drama skits that promote livelihoods, income-generating opportunities, and economic participation among refugee, returnee, IDP, and host communities in Renk, Malakal, and Aweil West Counties, South Sudan. The assignment includes script development, translation into Classical Arabic, Dinka, Nuer, and Shilluk, audio production, and delivery of culturally appropriate drama content for dissemination through community radio, listening groups, and public announcement systems. Individuals and firms with demonstrated experience in social and behavior change communication, humanitarian programming, media production, and multilingual content development are encouraged to apply.
2. Consultancy: AAP Project Outcome Assessment
Concern Worldwide is seeking qualified individual consultants or research firms to conduct an independent outcome assessment of its Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP) Project implemented in Renk, Malakal, and Aweil West Counties, South Sudan. Using a mixed-methods approach, the assessment will evaluate the project’s effectiveness in strengthening two-way communication, improving access to humanitarian information, promoting inclusive participation, and ensuring that community feedback informs humanitarian decision-making and service delivery. Individuals and firms with strong expertise in quantitative and qualitative research, humanitarian accountability, community engagement, and evaluation in complex and fragile settings are encouraged to apply.
