Alliance for Community Development South Sudan office intends to undertake a comprehensive update of its register of suppliers for various goods and services for the fiscal years 2023/2025. Interested eligible suppliers are invited to apply for pre-qualification, indicating the category of goods or services they wish to supply. Existing suppliers who wish to be retained must also reapply and resubmit up to date information requested in the pre-qualification document.
Interested firms may obtain Pre-qualification/Registration of suppliers’ documents by sending an email requesting for the documents to [email protected] with the subject REQUEST FOR SUPPLIER PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS FOR THE YEARS 2023/2025

The closing date will be 31st May 2023 at 17hours. Documents submitted after the closing date and time will be rejected. Quotations will in future be sought from only the prequalified suppliers per the category applied and prequalified.
