We have partial scholarships for Middle Managers Leadership Development training (MMLDP) which is scheduled to start on 30th October to 3rd November, 2017 at MS TCDC. The scholarship offer is either 50% ($344.5) or 75% (172.25) of full fee ($689) which is meant to cover tuition fee, meals and accommodation in shared double rooms. If one needs to be staying in a single room can top up $132.The scholarship does not cover travel expenses and per-diem allowances.
Course Objective
The course aims at creating a sustainable leadership pipeline/capacity within organizations, which will be supported by robust performance management processes so as to identify potential leadership talent. This program will use a blended learning approach which will include social learning, peer to peer exchange, experiential learning to ensure a holistic learning experience.

• Leading and managing change: Processes and tools of change
• Appreciative approach to change management
• Overview of financial management and tool of color accounting
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the middle managers will be able to:
• Understand leadership and/versus management and its application.
• Understand the leadership competencies at a middle leadership and management level.
• Expand their understanding of leading self, leading others and leading the organization in relation to power and leadership.
• Advance their understanding of financial management for middle level non-finance managers.
