ICAP at Columbia University seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Officer - Covid19 to be based in Juba, South Sudan.

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer - Covid19 will be working closely with Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor in designing and implementing a robust monitoring and evaluation system ICAP’s COVID-19 response project. The areas include improving the monitoring and evaluation activities within the public health emergency operation center, designing M & E framework, M & E plan and data quality systems for the different pieces of the project including fever clinic and COVID-19 case management trainings.
