Course Objectives
The course aims at creating a sustainable leadership pipeline/capacity within organizations, which will be supported by robust performance management processes so as to identify potential leadership talent. This program will use a blended learning approach which will include social learning, peer to peer exchange, experiential learning to ensure a holistic learning experience.

- Appreciative approach to change management
- Overview of financial management and tool of color accounting
Learning outcomes:
At the end of the course, the middle managers will be able to:
