Medair South Sudan intends to pre-qualify competent registered companies and individuals who will be invited to bid/quote from time to time, as and when a need arises for the supply/provision of various works, goods and services.
A complete set of pre-qualification documents in English can be obtained at no cost on request on e-mail address: [email protected] or from Medair’s main office gate in Juba, Theo Road, Hai Tongping from Friday 27th January 2023 to Friday 17th February 2023 during working hours i.e. 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (Local time).

Sealed applications for pre-qualification must be submitted either electronically to e-mail address: [email protected] or physically delivered in plain sealed envelopes marked: “Medair-2023-2024/……… (Category number)” to Medair’s main office gate, in Juba, Theo Road, Hai Tongping, South Sudan no later than 5:00 pm. (Local time) 17th February 2023. Applications submitted by any other means will not be considered.
Bidders will be selected in accordance with procedures set out in the Medair Procurement Guidelines.
