About the role
Christian Aid is looking for an energetic and innovative person to champion roll-out of programme-wide and project specific M&E tools, systems and processes that will transform our country programme in South Sudan. You will be part of a dedicated and dynamic team that is committed to using evidence-based results to drive about change in South Sudan. Among your priority will be to develop M&E plans and tools for our new UKAid project as well as other on-going projects and in addition support development of M&E framework for our programme under review. You will push Christian Aid’s staff and partners to embrace digital M&E across the programme and also be the custodian a number of programme management tools such as field monitoring and capacity building plan, country project matrix and the programme data base for M&E. With ambitious growth plans for the next three to five years you will be charged with consolidating the plan and delivering to individual and team challenging growth targets.
