The USAID-funded Africa Lead II project is seeking proposals to deliver local videography services in South Sudan in the month of November 2019.

Interested firms should submit a brief (no more than 2 – 3 pages) technical proposal for how the work described on pp. 10 – 12 of the attached RFP will be completed, including a reference to any staff and equipment to be used. A price quote to deliver final products using the table on p. 14 should also be submitted.
Firms should also attach:
- Signed Cover Letter (see Attachment B of RFP)
- CVs of any core staff assigned to project
- Reference information for at least 3 previous similar awards (see Attachment F)
- Evidence of South Sudan business registration and any other relevant local legal authorizations
- Evidence of a DUNS number or certification of exemption from this requirement (see Attachment D)
