Yo’ Care South Sudan is a non-for-profit non-governmental organization founded in 2009 to tackle the issues facing the people of South Sudan such as health, nutrition, and WASH. Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene are big topics today when it comes to public health.
We nurture healthier societies through all our activities mentioned above, and in the mission of the organization. We focus on health, nutrition, and WASH. We strongly believe that if people eat well, no matter how small the food is in the amount and quantity, yet reach in nutrients their bodies need, we can achieve smaller goals within the big goal: Nurturing Healthier Societies.
We believe that good nutrition plus good hygiene equals good health. In short, Nutrition + WASH = Health, and this is our equation.
e is based in Juba, the capital city of the Republic of South Sudan, but we have focus areas in Wau, Bor, and Rumbek. That means we are present in two of the main regions of the country, and we are moving forward, even to the Greater Upper Nile.
