World Vision is looking for a dynamic person to fill the position of Nutrition Field Coordinator (2) for its Mobile Team, based in Juba.

Purpose of the Position:
To take responsibility for successful implementation of nutrition project in the designated health facilities and outreach points through close collaboration with the MOH and facility health committees. The Nutrition officer will provide supervision and direction of Nutrition operations, facilitating good practice and ensuring compliance to applicable implementation process of Nutrition interventions - in particular as they relate to MOH guidelines and the project priorities including planning, implementation, monitoring and follow up.
. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide regular and consistent technical assistance during implementation by MOH health workers and CHWs at health facilities and outreaches through monthly targeted On-Job-Training, regular mentorship and regular supervision with an aim of capacity building them.
• Set up a commodity supply system that maintains a regular supply of foodstuffs, medicines, good storage of all commodities and efficient safe distribution to the beneficiaries in all the project sites.
• Implement a recognized system of monitoring of beneficiaries to ensure that those targeted receive treatment rations and their outcomes are monitored to measure the impact of the Programme to SPHERE standards.
• To ensure CMAM program reporting protocols are implemented according to the national guidelines (IMSAM) and reports submitted in time.
• Monitor Supplies for SFP/OTP/SC and ensure records are well kept.
• The Nutrition Officer will contribute in the development of training curriculum, tools and facilitate or co-facilitate nutrition related trainings for Health Workers e.g. IMAM, IYCF and other HINI components.
• Support the systematic delivery of Health, Hygiene and Nutrition education messages to the target Programme beneficiaries and the entire community.
• Submit regular progress report to the project Manager for continuous assessment of the effectiveness and the impact of the Programme
• Co-ordinate and monitor the Nutrition interventions at facility level in close collaboration with the Ministry of Health staff and other partners in the area.

Qualifications: Education/ Knowledge/ Technical skills and Experience
The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:
• Undergraduate/Diploma /certificate in nutrition and related discipline
• Three years Clinical officer training with experience in field of nutrition programming
• Registered/Enrolled Nurse with South Sudan training with 2/3 years CMAM/CTC field experience.
• Computer literate.
