World Vision is looking for a dynamic person to fill the position of Fleet Management Coordinator (Man or Woman), for its National Office based in Juba, South Sudan

Purpose of the Position:

Responsible for the Overall management, maintenance, disposal, insurance and reporting of the World vision South Sudan Fleet within the standard WV policies

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fleet Management
• Analyse the information from fleet management system for management decision
• Ensure that all organization’s motor vehicles and motorcycles are properly insured in accordance with the set policies.
• Promote and spearhead safety driving /riding of motorcycles and motor vehicles in the organization.
• Management of the disposal process of the WVSS Vehicles and motorcycles
• Monitor and analyses vehicle usage and movement for optimal utilization
• Prepare weekly driver roaster for assignment

Policy implementation
• Plan for management and coordination of fleet to ensure cost effectiveness and reliability.
• Implement and maintain fleet management policies, systems and procedures and ensure compliance across the WV area of operation.
• Maintain fleet disposal schedule and initiate disposal processes according to world Vision policies.

Safety & compliance
• Supervise and train drivers on safe driving protocols and security regulations
• Investigate all fleet accidents, service irregularities and operational status and make appropriate recommendations.
• Ensure safely compliance as per the WV policies and South Sudanese laws.

Staff Supervision
• Provide direction and support to fleet management staff team;
• Ensure that all drivers are aware of the necessary daily and weekly checking procedures.
Performance Management
• Ensure effective performance management processes according to WV policies are implemented
• Maintain a monthly tracking report on the vehicle performance
• Provide a monthly analysis of the performance of fleet in each location
• Monitor expenditure on fleet services against budgeted amount.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• A University Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent.
• 3 years’ Experience in Fleet Management and Maintenance
• Must have a valid driving permit with at least 5 years driving experience.
• Must have analytical and report writing skills.
• High level of integrity and stewardship
• Committed to the World Vision values and ethics
• Mechanical Knowledge will be considered an asset.
• Operational and driving knowledge of the transport policies, procedures and best practices
• Knowledge of the South Sudan Government transportation Policies and Procedure
• Knowledge of computer software including MS office, email and related programs
