The Government of South Sudan has received a financing from the African Development Bank to implement the institutional support to Good Governance and Capacity Building in Gender Equality and Women Empowerment for Inclusive Growth Project is being implemented by the Ministry of Finance and Planning of the Government of the Republic of South Sudan. One of the outputs of this project is “The Assessment of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Status in South Sudan’’.
The services to be provided under the Assignment includes establishing: TVET geographical coverage /existence/distribution of TVET centers across the country, Staffing levels (including teachers/instructors/administrators and their skill levels/qualifications, and gender distribution, Status of infrastructure and any rehabilitation needs in TVET institutions taking into consideration the gender, Issues related to increasing women’s representation in TVET institutions including choice of training courses, employability of female graduates and gender sensitive curricula, Policy gaps, Equipment, MIS data collection, and teaching/learning materials/supplies among others.
The Ministry of Finance and Planning of the Government of the Republic of South Sudan now therefore invites Individual Consultants to indicate their interest in providing the above-described services. Interested Consultants shall provide information on their qualifications and experience demonstrating their ability to undertake this Assignment (documents, reference to similar services, experience in similar assignments, etc.).
