World Vision is looking for a dynamic person to fill the position of Fleet Management Assistant (Man or Woman), for its National Office based in Juba, South Sudan

Purpose of the Position:

To provide support to the day to day operations of the Fleet Management function at the National office in line with the World vision policies.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To keep an updated database and files on all WV fleet across the organisation;
• Establish, maintain a tracking tool for regular maintenances of WV fleet at the National office and advise accordingly;
• Responsible for management of the fuel storage and maintaining records of fuel usage and vehicle mileage reports;
• Responsible to issuing fuel and maintaining records on fuel consumption;
• Prepare all financial documents related to WV fleet management and transportation actions;
• Coordinate all logistics and operations under the fleet management function;
• Reporting – Prepare fleet management reports;

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
 A diploma in Business administration
 A valid driver’s license
 Clear driver’s abstract, criminal record check and vulnerable sector check
 Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office products
 Strong communication Skills
 Must be able to work unsupervised
 Must be resourceful and able to find solutions.

Skills and Abilities

A Fleet Assistant must have a demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail and ensure work is consistently completed and accurate within expected timeframes.
Adaptability & Flexibility
A Fleet Assistant must demonstrate own ability to prioritize multiple demands and effectively manage time while being responsive to changing priorities. This role will be required to participate in Professional Development and Educational events as directed by the Fleet Officer
Communication
A Fleet Assistant must have superior interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to communicate effectively and professionally with WV SS national and international employees, as well as with all WV visitors and consultants.
Job Knowledge
Mechanical Knowledge will be considered an asset.
Operational and driving knowledge of the transport policies, procedures and best practices
Knowledge of the South Sudan Government transportation Policies and Procedures
Knowledge of computer software including MS office, email and related programs
N.B: This position is open to South Sudanese Nationals Only.
