The World Health Organization (WHO) in the Republic of South Sudan invites interested and eligible companies/firms for the procurement of water quality testing kits.
Interested firms should submit their proposals through email to afwcossprocurement@who.int not later than 20th October 2025 at 16:00hrs Juba time. The tender documents are herein attached, any query related to this ITB should be send via same email address above.
Please adhere to this instruction carefully otherwise your tender will be disqualified, your submission (Quotations) should be in two separate files with; “one file product names, technical specifications and quantity only, and the second one indicates products name, quantity and prices”. See below.
- The first file should indicate a detail technical specification, product name and quantity only and,
- The second file indicate the products name, brief specification plus prices.
Kindly note, when submitting your quotation, you should indicate in your email subject line: “ITB: WCO/SSD/GOODS/WATER QUALITY/002/EPR/2025 – PROCUREMENT OF WATER QUALITY TESTING KITS”.
