** ISPR seeks to engage the service of a consultant to undertake a detailed analysis of the 2023-2024 National Budget. The analyzed budget will generate evidence for members of parliament, government agencies, civil society, media, national, regional, and international actors, and the public to catalyze debates and increase their understanding of national interests and service sectors’ budget allocations.
