EY has put together an insightful and interactive seminar to discuss, the various changes in the taxation law, the e-tax system, the Financial Act 2024/2025, controversial areas due to gaps in the law and mitigation measures as well as lessons from the various tax audits by the South Sudan Revenue Authority (SSRA). The seminar will unravel the complexities of the various taxes in the South Sudan market.
Delegates attending this seminar will acquire the necessary skills

1.Current developments in the Sudan tax administration including changes introduced by the South Sudan Financial Act 2024-2025.
2.Personal income tax, entrepreneurial taxes, social security contributions, withholding taxes and business profit tax;

3.Internation taxation and Transfer Pricing
4.Managing SSRA audits/Tax dispute resolution; and
5.E- Tax system, tax planning measures and consequences for non-compliance.
We shall also share our EY insights and developments on the various trends in the EAC market around tax administrations and businesses.

The training will cost USD 600. This fee includes seminar materials, refreshments and lunch but excludes accommodation, dinner and transport. Organizations registering more than three (3) delegates will get a 10% discount.
