It is with great pleasure that I invite you to join us for the Africa Health Agenda International Conference (AHAIC) 2025, which will take place in Kigali, Rwanda, from 2nd to 5th March 2025 under the theme, “Connected for Change: Addressing Socio-Ecological Dynamics of Health.”
For over a decade, Amref Health Africa has had the honor of championing policy-level thought leadership in Africa, engaging regional, national and international leaders, innovators, technical experts, civil society, the private sector, academia and global partners to prioritize an Africa-led health development agenda.
AHAIC 2025 embodies this vision more than any other public health gathering out there. Co-hosted by Africa CDC, the World Health Organization Africa Regional Office (WHO AFRO), and the Ministry of Health Rwanda, the conference serves as a vital Africa-led platform to connect Africa with the rest of the world to co-create solutions for the continent’s health challenges and launch key advocacy agendas, from Universal Health Coverage to Climate and Health.
This conference marks a significant milestone as we celebrate a decade of African-led thought leadership while hosting the continent’s most impactful health convening. AHAIC 2025 will provide an unparalleled platform for leaders like you to engage in high-level discussions on the latest health innovations, experience cutting-edge technologies firsthand, network and build meaningful connections with key stakeholders, collaborate on strengthening health systems and addressing emerging health challenges across the continent, and gain valuable insights directly from world-renowned industry leaders.
