Education Development Center, Inc. (EDC) is a global nonprofit dedicated to improving education, health, and economic opportunities, particularly for vulnerable populations. We have been chosen by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to execute the USAID Youth Empowerment Activity in South Sudan.
EDC is currently seeking proposals from registered companies with significant expertise in Motor Vehicle hire services. Therefore, we invite all interested vendors to participate in this procurement competition by submitting their comprehensive company profiles as well as the detailed documentation as per the attached RFQ alongside with competitive proposals to EDC
Selection Criteria:
In order to be considered quotes must be valid for at least 90 days from the date of submission and must include:
o Complete vendor contact information on company letter head, signed – including vendors physical address and full legal names.
o A description/schedule of Printing of books being offered.
o The price offered for the goods and/or services, including associated costs; the pricing of the cost must be a detailed breakdown including the unit price of each item, the total price, all pricing must be United States Dollars.
o Please provide current contact information for a minimum of three previous customers with whom your company has specific experience in Vehicle Rental Lease Agreement. (see page 3)
o Valid Comprehensive Insurance Cover
o Valid Log Book (Vehicle Registration)
o Road User Stickers
o Confirmation that vehicle is in stock of Company.
o Payment terms including banking details.

o Valid Tax clearance certificate
o Valid Operational documents
o Valid Incorporation
