The World Health Organization (WHO) in South Sudan invites interested and eligible companies in South Sudan for an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the supply of Biomedical Engineering Equipment for their health program in Juba, South Sudan.
Kindly find attached an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for your response. Please submit your quotation on your company’s letter head, signed and stamped, accompanied by the filled in ITB template, including all mandatory bidding forms as indicated in section 7 of the ITB document.
All bids should be submitted via procurement email: [email protected] ONLY. Any submissions to any individual email may lead to disqualification of your submission.
Requests for clarification on technical, contractual, or commercial matters are to be submitted not later than Friday 22 May 2026 at 02:00PM South Sudan Local Time via the WHO procurement email: [email protected].
The closing date for submission of documents is Monday 25th May 2026 at 10:00AM South Sudan Local Time.
Only successful companies will be contacted after the deadline of submissions.
