INVITATION TO TENDER

NATIONAL OPEN TENDER FOR BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT For :

Stationaries / Offices Supplies ( ITT Ref : No.: 03-003-JUB-2022)

International Medical Corps, international non-profit relief and development organization working in South Sudan for the last 25 years, working on Nutrition, Primary Health care (PHC), Reproductive Health (RH) Mental Health and Psychosocial services (MHPS) Gender Based Violence (GBV) and Livelihoods and Disaster Risk Reduction. Currently IMC has 16 running projects working in 11 different sites around the country.

For his activities and projects in South Sudan, International Medical Corps is inviting competent, professional, and established suppliers/service providers to submit their quotation for the provision of Stationaries/Offices Supplies as described and detailed in the tender documents.

Where to retrieve bidding documents

Interested companies/Service provider must request the tender document via email during working days from March, 23th, to April 11th 2022 between 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Submission deadline

The deadline for submitting completed bids is for April 14th, 2022 , at 11: 59 pm Juba time (GMT+2)

Note that if you include other IMC email addresses in your email containing offer, your offer will be disqualified.

Subject of the email containing your offer must contain International Medical Corps RFQ/ITT reference number.

Award will follow, after the evaluation process against the set criteria. International Medical Corps reserves the right to accept or reject any part of, or the entire tender in accordance with internal procedures.

The winning bid or bids taken from this competitive bidding process, only by agreement of the winning bid/s, may be considered for entry into an agreement for future supply of the named item(s) to International Medical Corps.
