Qualifications:
- 7-10 years HR experience (development sector preferred)
- Proven leadership and HR management skills
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor standards
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Passion for HRSS’s mission and social justice (cross-cultural experience a plus)
