Imatong Employment Solutions is working with Welthungerhilfe South Sudan to recruit a HR Manager.
The HR Manager will work directly with the Head of operations, the HR Manager will lead on HR strategy, plan and oversee recruitment, develop robust systems, policy, and practice on people development and HR management in WHH South Sudan country program. He/She is required to make decisions independently within the scope of the HR function, influenced by WHH global human resources policies and practice, and compliance with South Sudan labor law. the HR Manager will provide direct support and mentoring/ coaching to HR staff in the country office as well as to the HR officers in project locations.
