Founded in 2015, the Healthcare Foundation Organization (HFO) has developed a significant local presence in South Sudan’s Equatoria region, including the Central Equatoria State, Upper Nile region - Jonglei State, Fangak, and Canal/Pigi counties, Unity State, Rubkona, Guit, and Leer counties. It also extends to the Bahr el Ghazal region, encompassing Northern Bahr el Ghazal, Aweil East County, Warrap State, Twic East, and Gogrial East counties. Furthermore, HFO maintains regional offices in Sudan, situated in Khartoum, White Nile State, and Blue Nile State. The organization’s specialists apply their expertise in health, nutrition, protection, food security, education, water, sanitation, and hygiene. HFO’s initiatives in these states are dedicated to supporting over 300,000 individuals affected by providing development and humanitarian aid projects and programs.
