Course Overview
Gender-based violence is a pervasive and deeply rooted problem that affects people of all genders around the world. During this course, we will examine the various forms of GBV, its causes, consequences, and prevention strategies. We’ll also delve into the importance of providing support services for survivors and discuss ways to take action against GBV. By the end of this course, you will have a fundamental understanding of GBV, and you’ll be equipped with the knowledge and tools to contribute to the efforts aimed at preventing and addressing this issue. Our aim is to create a safe and inclusive learning environment where you can engage in thoughtful discussions, gain insights, and leave with a heightened awareness of the critical role you can play in combatting gender-based violence.
