EY has put together an insightful and interactive seminar to discuss, the various changes in the taxation law, the e-tax system, the revised Taxation Act 2022, the Financial Act 2023/2024, controversial areas due to gaps in the law and mitigation measures as well as lessons from the various tax audits by the National Revenue Authority. The seminar will unravel the complexities of the various taxes in the South Sudan market.
The discussions will revolve around:
- Major trends and current developments in the tax administration including e-tax system in South Sudan;
- Personal income tax, entrepreneurial taxes, social security contributions, withholding taxes and business profit tax;
