Imatong Employment Solutions is working with Bishop Gassis Rescue Foundation (BGRRF) to recruit an Executive Director.
The Executive Director will lead and manage Bishop Gassis Relief and Rescue foundation, proposes, implements and reports on the strategic direction of the BGRRF as well as new organisational strategies and initiatives. He/she will ensure ongoing programmatic excellence,rigorous program evaluation, and consistent quality of finance and administration, fundraising, communication and system; recommend timelines and resources needed to achieve the strategic goals. The director will develop, maintain and support a strong Board of Directors, serve as ex-officio of each committee, seek and build board involvement with strategic direction.
