ICAP at Columbia University seeks highly qualified and experienced candidate for the position of Director of Administration and Finance (DAF) to be based in Juba, South Sudan.
As DAF, you will be a part of the Senior Management Team in South Sudan. ICAP is looking for candidate who hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting; Finance; Business Administration or a related field with 10 years of relevant work experience - a minimum of 5 years’ work experience in an international NGO. Experience working with international donors is required and specifically with US government donor agencies and familiarity with USG rules and regulations.
