Job Purpose
The Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEAL) Officer will provide support in monitoring and evaluation of ongoing projects in primary health care programs and others. This includes developing and implementing monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) systems, collecting and analyzing data, reporting findings, and supporting evidence-based decision-making.
The MEAL officer in Pigi County will help COSEDA in strengthening its MEAL functions based on their experiences from the programme. The incumbent will also play key role in promoting key learnings for improvement of the project and for wider learning of the organization.
