This is a notification regarding the prequalification of suppliers’ ref: CSS/SPLS/24-25 previously advertised and for which EOIs were received from prospective suppliers.
This is therefore to inform you that Cordaid contracted an independent firm to conduct the exercise. The process involved initial desktop review of submitted documents after which site visits will be done to complete the process.
As part of the appraisal and evaluation, the contracted company will visit your physical office to gather more information and to assess your companies’ capabilities. The site visits are planned to be conducted between 1st March to 8th March 2024. The evaluating team will be moving around in official Cordaid vehicle and will carry with them a certified introduction letter and accompanying Cordaid badges.
