DRC has been operational in South Sudan since 2005, implementing multi-sectoral responses including Protection, Camp Coordination and Camp Management (CCCM), Economic Recovery, Shelter and Non-Food Items (SNFI), Humanitarian Disarmament and Peacebuilding (HDP). DRC is implementing projects in Upper Nile, Abyei Administrative Area, Eastern Equatorial States and countrywide through mobile response teams.
To this effect, the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) South Sudan wish to invites qualified consultants to submit technical and financial proposals to conduct a Final Performance Evaluation of the project, incorporating a Knowledge, Attitudes and Practices (KAP) survey component on Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) by submitting proposals base on guidance provided by this RFP and the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).
The Final evaluation will be conducted in Upper Nile State (Malakal, Fashoda and Manyo Counties) and Abyei Administrative Area (Rumameer, Amenth-Aguok, Alal, Abyei Town Counties) as well as one additional location to be confirmed at a later stage.
