The South Sudan Reconciliation, Stabilization, and Resilience Trust Fund (RSRTF) is inviting interested South Sudan and/or East Africa-based applicants to submit proposals for conducting an early-stage evaluation of the RSRTF. The main purpose of this evaluation will be to ‘test’ the RSRTF’s approach and to assess the extent to which it is delivering on its founding Terms of Reference.
