JOB OPPORTUNTY – CONSULTANCY
Foundation for Youth Initiative (FYI) works with cooperative farming societies in South Sudan developing and implementing projects with funds from the United States African Development Foundation. The Foundation is in the process of developing a fresh pool of grant applications and is looking to hire consultants (multiple positions) to conduct Business Planning Development, Marketing and Brand Development Strategy, Food and Quality Control Trainings, Cooperative Governance and Management trainings, Financial and Entrepreneurship trainings, Agronomy and Post-Harvest Handling trainings, as well as Developing Policies and Procedures Manuals among others.
FYI was founded in 2011, drawing from multicultural conviction and professional expertise of its founders. Foundation champions programs with an emphasis on agriculture development, grassroots institutions, capacity building, peace building and community recovery initiatives. We work directly with underserved communities, traditional authorities, smallholder farmer cooperatives, women-led enterprises, youth associations and small and medium enterprises by strengthening their capabilities in order to promote local peace, create jobs, improve incomes and achieve food security.
