End-Term Evaluation: Fostering Peace and Natural Resources Governance (FOPNAG) Project.
VSF Germany is an International Non-Governmental Organization providing humanitarian aid and development assistance to pastoralists, agro-pastoralists and vulnerable rural communities in areas where livestock is of importance in the Greater Horn of Africa region.
The FOPNAG project, funded by the European Union, aims to contribute to an inclusive and peaceful society in South Sudan that respects the rule of law and human rights, through enhanced social cohesion, reconciliation, and sustainable management of natural resources. The action specifically promotes peace and enhances resilience in Natur-Africa-supported landscapes, namely Kidepo Game Reserve and Lantoto National Park.
Proposal Submission
Interested consultants or firms should submit their Technical and Financial proposals that clearly demonstrate their understanding of the Terms of Reference.
