INVITATION OF BIDS FOR RENOVATION OF MELIJO HEALTH CARE UNIT
| Organisation | Fondation Caritas Luxembourg (FCL) is an International Non-Governmental Organization operating within Imotong State, Kapoeta State and Jubek State. FCL is implementing an emergency project: Emergency 2017-2018 Health Care for IDPs of Melijo Camp in Nimule. The Global objective is to Provide basic and emergency health care to the internally displaced persons (IDPs) and the host community in the city of Nimule and Melijo camp in Pageri County (formerly Magwi County). |

| Key tasks & responsibilities | FCL is planning to renovate the existing clinic at Melijo-IDP camp which is 17kms away from Nimule Town .The renovation comprises of constructing semi-permanent rooms using local materials mainly timber and bamboos with galvanised roofing sheets and therefore we inviting competent and reputable bidders to submit their quotation as soon as possible. |
- Assess the feasibility to health care at Melijo IDP camp-Nimule, the Concrete floor slabs are already in place and therefore there shall be no need of doing another slabs.
- Erect four 4 blocks by use of hard wood especially Mahogany or teak timber and Bamboos well vanished.
- Block 1 (waiting room) Measurements are 6m width 10m length (comprised of 2 rooms) Semi permanent half wall 1.4m from ground with open windows both sides.(without closing windows)
- Block 2( Doctors consultation room) Measurements are 6m width 10m length (comprised of 2 rooms)Semi permanent half wall 1.4m from ground with closing wooden windows both sides .
- Block 3(resting room) Measurements are 4m width 6m length (comprised of 1 rooms) Semi permanent half wall 1.4m from ground with closing wooden windows both sides well vanished.
- Block 4( Laboratory room) Measurements are 6m width 6m length (comprised of 1 rooms)Semi permanent half wall 1.4m from ground with closing wooden windows both sides
- All the timber and Bamboos must be well vanished
- The roofing for all the four blocks must be in galvanised iron sheets ( Block type and Blue in colour) with Fascia board
- The Gap between the Slab and semi-permanent wall must be filled with cement and bricks.
- All the four block must have wooden doors made from Hardwood and well vanished &Painted with Good quality steel locks.|

|Deadline of submission|The deadline for the submission of bids will be on 13th November 2018 at 11:00 am. Late submission will be subject to disqualification.|
|Notification of the results|Only successful binder will be contacted, if you don’t receive communication within next two (2) weeks consider yourself unsuccessful. Only construction companies will be selected. No brokers.|
