Community in Need Aid (CINA) is a national NGO working in South Sudan, with its headquarters based in Juba and mandated to save lives, protect dignity and develop resilience of children and families from effects of conflicts and disasters. CINA has been working in Jonglei, Upper Nile, Central Equatoria, Eastern Equatoria, Western Equatoria and Lakes States since 2011 to date implementing various projects across these locations. To effectively achieve its programme objectives, CINA is therefore, seeking to recruit highly competent, proactive and self-driven person (South Sudanese National only) to fill the position of Senior Social Workers (2) to be based in Bor and Duk counties in Jonglei State. The Senior Social Workers are part of the CINA field team to facilitate and monitor the implementation of a UNICEF-funded project on the ‘’strengthening the resilience of children and women affected by conflict, communal violence and climate change in Jonglei state (Duk and Bor South Counties)’’.
