Community Empowerment for Progress Organization (CEPO) calls for tenders from local and international companies operating in South Sudan to apply for the supply and delivery of 2 Community Based Radio FM Stations; provide technical equipment and set up two Radio studios in Lainya and Morobo Counties.The main objective of this broadcast service is to help in creating awareness on peaceful co-existence and social harmony between the civilian and the military; returnees and the host (those who remained behind during the conflicts).
