Branding & Communication Consultancy.
Background:
Health South Sudan is a national non-profit humanitarian and development organization founded in 2013 to influence the social determinants of health, contribute to the reduction of absolute poverty and build self-reliant South Sudanese communities that co-exist peacefully in harmony with each other.
HLSS intends to hire a consultant/firm to undertake the upgrading of her brand identity, documentation and program visibility to enhance transparency and accountability to beneficiaries and all stakeholders.
Scope of Work: The scope of this assignment involves field research, analysis, design, and the implementation of activities related to conception, development, creation, editing, production, dissemination of branding/visibility and communication materials, publications for Print media, web, email, social media, materials for public events for a diverse audience; including internal and external stakeholders, donors, policy makers, news media and the beneficiaries.
The consultant/firm will research, design and translates various material forms of subject matter to produce content for organizational profile/ brochures, fact sheets, articles, policy documents, project reports, newsletters, digital signage, and other internal or external communications.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven work experience in branding and communications or similar role
Familiarity with NGO branding and communications.
Proficiency in MS Office
Hands-on experience with web content management tools, like WordPress
Familiarity with social media communication and visibilities platforms
Sound knowledge of Google Analytics, infographics, and SEO principles
Proficiency in English and exceptional presentation skills
Strong verbal as well as written communication skills
A keen eye for details
