Stromme Foundation (SF) is a rights‑based development NGO founded in 1976 in Norway, committed to a vision of a world free from poverty. Guided by values of dignity, justice, and solidarity, SF focuses on education, job creation, and strengthening civil society. Operating through local partners in nine countries across West Africa, East Africa, and Asia, SF’s regional offices are staffed entirely by local employees. In South Sudan, where it has worked for more than 20 years, SF primarily supports quality education, income generation, job creation, and food security to enhance the resilience and economic empowerment of vulnerable groups. All programs are implemented in partnership with communities, local governments, and relevant ministries.
