Call for Offers for the supply of two Generators to field locations
The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is an international service provider in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development and international education work. The main commissioning party of the GIZ is the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). The GIZ has a long history in supporting the development of South Sudan.
The tender is run for the GIZ project “Community Driven Rural Development ( CDRD) ” calling upon eligible and locally registered suppliers to submit their offers for the supply of 2 Generators to Magwi and Yei. Details of the call are in the specification document which should be sought from the email below: [email protected] and all inquiries pertaining to this bid should be channeled through the same email.
The subject line should state “Tender for the Supply of two Generators” GIZ shall then send you the complete set of tender documents.
The detailed Tender documentation, relevant reference documents, and the offer should be submitted in the English language in sealed envelopes (as described in the tender documents) to the address below.
The deadline for submission of bids is Wednesday, 30th November 2022, at 03:00 PM Juba local time (which is also the closing date and time). Late submission is not permitted.
The successful bidder will be notified as soon as the evaluation is completed. However, if you do not hear from us within 3 weeks after submission, you should consider your bid unsuccessful.
Interested bidders are supposed to submit their financial offers and necessary documents as per the specification document before the deadline. Late submission is not permitted.

GIZ is under no obligation to award to the lowest or any other bidder and may cancel the whole process when it deems fit without giving any prior justification or notification to any prospective bidder(s).
