Community Health and Empowerment Support organization (CHESO) is a south sudanese national NGO established and registered with RRC in June 2016 by the a network of dedicated youth and women in order to support humanitarian emergency and development services to the floods, disasters and conflict affected communities in south sudan. CHESO support communities through adequate delivery of services packages in WASH, Health and nutrition, peace building, Food security and livelihoods, Education and Child protection.
CHESO empower small scales enterprises (SMEs) through capacity building and training, groups formation and training on leaderships, loan and funds management and provision of leadership manuals, CHESO support local farmers on entrepreneurship skills and agri-business in Lakes state. Also support advocacy activities on Gender based violence, child protection, health and education in different local contexts in south sudan. CHESO has its office in rumbek and its coordination in Juba, central Equatoria.
