WHO South Sudan Country Office is looking to engage a company (s) for the provision of various casual labour services for their program in Juba, South Sudan
WHO premises comprise of the Offices, warehouse and eight storage containers within compound where medical and other ancillary supplies are kept to support its primary health/emergency interventions. In addition to these premises, WHO utilizes other storage facilities e.g. (UNDP Compound) Naivasha and the Logistic Cluster run by WFP to support its activities. For optimal utilization and maintenance of its premises, casual workers are engaged in carrying out various activities ranging from loading and offloading, packaging and re-packaging, stock verification exercises, cleaning, etc., all in support of the work of WHO. In certain circumstances, casual workers are engaged to support emergency response e.g., setting up tents in a Cholera treatment centers etc.
Interested companies or vendors are therefore invited to request for the RFP documents through the WHO procurement email at; [email protected] for completion and submission of their offers to WHO. All other queries must be directed through the same email indicated above.
