Aid Train Invitation

Amref Health Africa is pleased to partner with aid-Train on an upcoming workshop in Juba, South Sudan targeting organizations interested in applying for US Government/USAID Grants as well as those already involved in the implementation.

We are aware of the challenges encountered by organizations in South Sudan in reporting requirements hence the need to interest you and your implementing partners in this training. There has also been an update to the 2 CFR 200 and this course will review all the important and exciting changes.

We’ll also be covering key humanitarian regulations from:

  1. USAID, including Bureau of Humanitarian Assistance (BHA)

  2. Department of State (DOS), including Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration (PRM)

This course is highly participatory and in-person to encourage networking. You will also earn CPE credits from NASBA in the US for this course.

Our trainer for the course, Shannon Meehan, has an extensive background in humanitarian organizations. She is looking forward to returning to Juba.

We’re currently offering discounts for early registration and groups. Please let me know if you have any questions. We would love to see you or a colleague at this training!

The dates are 26 – 30 August 2024 and workshop information is here: https://aidtrain.regfox.com/juba-navigating-usg-requirements-for-cooperative-agreements-grants-usaid–dos

By this email, we wish to request for your authorization for Aid Train to add you to the contact list and also wish to get your confirmation of interest so as to reserve some slots for your organization.
