ADVERTISEMENT OF RFQ: WCO/SSD/SERVICES/MAINTENANCE SERVICES/411/CSU /2024 – MECHANICAL VEHICLES MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR FOR THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION (WHO) IN SOUTH SUDAN.
The World Health Organization (WHO) in South Sudan invites interested and eligible auto mechanic companies in the Republic of South Sudan to express Interest in the maintenance and repair services of vehicles.
Opening date: 19th September 2024.
Interested companies are advised to send an email to [email protected] to request for the vehicles to be sent to their respective garage for assessment and inspection not later than 25th September 2024. After which the WHO will send the vehicles to the respective garage for inspection. After inspection, the garage will provide a comprehensive proposal indicating the proposed solutions and a detailed financial proposal for the mechanical work and parts required for complete servicing.
Kindly note that the attached requirements are sample guides for your proposal, but your actual proposal should be based on your findings during the inspection. When submitting your proposal, indicate in the subject line of your email: RFQ: WCO/SSD/SERVICES/MAINTENANCE SERVICES/411/CSU /2024.
The proposal submission deadline is Friday, 4th October 2024 at 12:00 PM South Sudan Local Time.
