POSITION AVAILABLE FOR ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (AO)
RSASS, the ‘Religious Superiors’ Association of South Sudan’, is the coordinating body working to help members of subscribing religious congregations to implement their mission most effectively as part of the Catholic Church of South Sudan. The Association is led by an elected President and Executive Council. Various programmes and activities are conducted by RSASS to assist the people of South Sudan as well as its member congregations.
RSASS is now seeking to appoint a local, South Sudanese as Administrative Officer (AO). The AO will work under the guidance of the President and Executive Council to obtain resident permits for its members, as and when required, to act as bookkeeper assisting the Treasurer and also as assistant to the secretary of the Association.
The successful applicant needs to have basic skills in the following areas:
- Competency in keeping accounts
- Ability to speak both English and Arabic
- Computer literacy
- Friendly personality
- Good at communication
- Trustworthy
- Supportive of Catholic religious
The normal working hours would be 9:00am until 5:00pm each weekday, with a one hour break during the day. Some flexibility would be necessary from time to time.
