Background:
World Vision South Sudan is seeking Money transfer and payment service for one of DFID funded project that will run for two years.
The nature of the service will entail direct cash distribution to 9150 beneficiaries monthly for a period of fourteen months (14) staggered as follows :
2018 – 6 payments
2019 – 5 payments
2020 – 3 payments.
The areas covered by this service will be;
Northern Bahr el Ghazal (NBeG) County- Aweil North County
Warrap- Gogrial West County
Greater Equatoria (Eastern Equatoria)- Old Magwi County
Requirements:
The service provider should demonstrate in their application:
- Vast experience in a similar assignment with other large donor grants/contracts.
- The proposed approach that is efficient & effective in making the payout to identified beneficiaries.
- The service provider should state the control mechanisms that they will put in place to ensure only correctly registered beneficiaries are paid.
- The pricing model for the service (e.g commission based or based on volume/locations etc)
- Statutory compliance through relevant licenses and registrations are in place
- Capacity to pre-finance pay out up to US$261, 200 South Sudan Pounds equivalent during such payouts as reimbursement method is highly desired in this application. Upon submission of the invoice, World Vision would pay the service provider within 10-14 days.
