TOR- Baseline Assessment Consultancy: Technical Support & Operationalization, South Sudan.

  • The South Sudan Nurses and Midwives Association (SSNAMA) was launched on May 4, 2011 at a workshop hosted by the Ministry of Health with technical and financial support from the United Nations Population Fund.

  • The association was formed as a result of the need to raise the profile of nursing and midwifery in South Sudan and strengthen the provision of nursing and midwifery services in the new Republic.

  • The association comprises of an Executive Board including representatives from all states of South Sudan and a representative of the midwifery society.
    (CAM) is seeking to engage one Consultant (1) to provide focus Technical and operation support in the design and implementation of the TRUST baseline assessment in South Sudan. Online submission is highly encouraged. (admin@canadianmidwives.org)
