DanChurchAid (DCA) is looking for an experienced Team Leader for Community Safeties and Armed Violence Reduction project. The position is a six (6) month position with the possibility of extension based on performance and donor funding. The positon will based in the field/roving according to DanChurchAid’s Humanitarian Mine Action Operation plan.
The Team Leader – Communities Safety and Armed Violence Reduction, will implement the Community Safety Planning activities by overseeing the day-to-day management of the CSP/AVR team, adhering to agreed standards and requirements. Furthermore, back the Safer Communities Advisor to ensure timely project delivery according to the implementation plan that specifically aim at Communities/CSP project building the capacities of communities to analyse risks and threats they face related to armed violence and identify, implement, monitor and evaluate their own risk-reducing strategies.
