Hope & Resilience Initiative (HRI) is a South Sudanese national non-governmental organization committed to strengthening community resilience and improving access to essential services for vulnerable and conflict-affected communities.
HRI places gender equality, meaningful youth participation, and disability inclusion at the centre of its institutional approach and program implementation.
HRI therefore invites eligible, competent, qualified, and experienced companies/service providers to submit competitive proposals for the:
Supply, Installation, Configuration and User Training of an E-Procurement System for HRI.
The selected service provider will be expected to supply and install an appropriate e-procurement system, configure the system to meet HRI’s operational and procurement requirements and provide practical training to relevant HRI staff to ensure effective use and management of the system.
Scope of the Assignment:
The assignment will generally include:

Supply/provision of a suitable e-procurement system.

Installation and setup of the system.
-
Configuration and customisation based on HRI’s procurement procedures and operational requirements.

User account setup and access management.
-
Integration/configuration of relevant procurement workflows and approval processes.
-
Training of HRI staff on the use and administration of the system.
-
Provision of user manuals and relevant technical documentation.
-
Technical support during the initial implementation period.
-
Any other activities necessary to ensure the system is fully functional and usable by HRI.
Eligibility
Interested companies/service providers should demonstrate:

Legal registration and valid business documentation.

Relevant experience in supplying, installing and configuring e-procurement systems.

Demonstrated experience in providing user training and technical support.
-
Qualified technical personnel with relevant experience.
-
Proven track record with NGOs, INGOs, private sector organizations, or other institutions.

Ability to provide after-installation technical support.
Submission of Proposals
Interested and eligible companies/service providers are invited to submit their technical and financial proposals in accordance with the requirements provided in the RFP document.

HRI reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal in accordance with its procurement policies and procedures.
Interested and qualified suppliers/service providers are encouraged to submit their proposals before the stated deadline.
